Reporting to the sales manager (France and Benelux), I am participâting in Travel Retail Business Development in France
* Promotions implementation on the field (airports, ferries) : logistic preparation of animations (contact with agencies, field visit, logistic implementation of displays, visuals)
* Customers merchandising update in permanent link with global marketing in London- visit of the points of sales, - status of merchandising, - work with agencies to update visual communication
* Creation of a sales follow-up Excel tool :
- to follow all main customers depletions per airport and per shop
- to provide recommendations on promotional plans
* Results : contribution to growth : +24% total volume of the key account (including +200% volume Dewar’s range and +30% volume Grey Goose range)

=> Mission : Mise en place de l’opération promotionnelle « La Saga des verres Coca-Cola chez McDonald’s » de 4 semaines sur les pays d’Europe et du Moyen Orient.
- Coordination des équipes européennes marketing et logistique McDonald’s, des équipes Coca-Cola et fabricants de verres (France & Turquie)
- Développement produit: suivi du développement du nouveau verre Coca-Cola 2008 et de sa production
- Logistique : management de la production des verres, du packaging, et livraison aux franchisés
- Juridique : Suivi des audits sociaux des usines et safety process
- Création : exécution des packs et de la nouvelle campagne française
