L'atelier des Chefs is a cookery classes concept, offering accessible classes for all ages and all abilities. Classes are made by professionals Chefs.Our moto is to make cooking a pleasurable experience so people can go back to their own kitchen and recreate fantastic recipes to share with friends and family.

We also have a BtoB business : at L’atelier des Chefs we truly recognise the value of cooking as an activity – it requires people to work together, solving problems as a team to make a dish that can be enjoyed! As the Bordeaux Unit Business Manager, I was in charge of all the setting up (find the location, create the marketing and communication plan) .
Once we opened the business unit, I organised the cooking classes (planning, follow up the reservation and clients loyalty programm...).
I also managed the cookery boutique (purchase, logistics, merchandising..)

At last, but not at least, I was in charge of promoting and selling the corporate and private cooking events.
