Business needs analysis in SharePoint-based intranets :
- Analysis, integration and documentation of business needs for two MOSS 2007 intranets (Community, HR department).
- Put in place customized workflows (.Net 3.5 Workflow Foundation) and business intelligence parts with ERSDE (Enesys product) and SQL Reporting Services.
- Meetings with contractors to collect business needs
- Created and executed integration/functional tests for ERSDE V3 Beta.

- Validation of every document bound to customer. Continuous education and training to other employees.
- Actively took part in the strategy development of the society as board member.

Assisted the sales manager. Answered to customer calls, redefined the customer satisfaction survey.

In charge of contacting customers and analyzing business needs, in order to establish a technical and business proposal.

Created an Intranet managing customers’ internet domains and software licenses used by Dominion. The software permits a managing these items through a generic interface.

Specified and created a VBA application whose aim was to update a products’ database.
Wrote an exhaustive manual to help users in the update process.
Organized meetings and training sessions.
