Martine SAFARS (mail: martine.safarsATlaposte.net ) is a Cross-cultural Career Coach. She helps managers in transition to clarify and achieve their goals, at each step of their expatriation.

She uses classic coaching techniques (humanistic approach, questioning, listening), etc.), as well as more specific tools like NLP.

Martine has been living in South America and in the United States and has a long experience in management within international companies. She counsels managers in French, English and Spanish.

Martine SAFARS is a member of the French branch of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
