Before I ran my own start up for two years(www.ubiquicity.com. Prior that entrepreuneurial experience, I worked for two years as a consultant for Capgemini Consulting Services. As a consultant working for a major consulting firm in Paris, Brussels, or Tokyo, I have had the opportunity to advise major clients, develop the analytical and strategic skills needed to complete large strategic and marketing projects, and work in a stressful environment. My first professional experience was as an I Banker in the Acquisition Financing and Loan Structuring group for BNP Paribas in New-York. I showed leadership in each position.
Having lived and worked in the US, Belgium, Japan and France and being fluent in English, French and Spanish, I am a strong advocate of diversity and cross-cultural management. I hold an MBA from INSEAD and a master of science in management from EDHEC Business School.
Finally, I am a sales person and a team player with strategic vision, extremely motivated, and eager to be challenged in my work.

Consumer Goods Sector Strasbourg, PARIS
• Worked on a major French brewer company’ sales force reorganization: interviewed 50 employees in the sales, marketing, finance and IT teams to gather experiences and proposals for a more performing sales organization, and presented to Top Management 2 scenarios.
Telecom Sector Brussels, BELGIUM
• Built a marketing tool for the ADSL commercial launch which permitted to reach main milestones - detailed backward analysis the product launch.
• Managed a cross functional team of 10 people: project planning, weekly reporting, action plan and follow-up.
Financial Institutions Sector Paris, FRANCE
• Defined new organization models for a major bank IT department resulting in a 33% cost reduction: focused team on essential activities and established new improved working and communication processes.

Syndication, Trading & Placement Group, Analyst
• Assisted Directors, VPs and Associates in structuring, pricing and syndicating agented transactions in the US debt market including revolvers, term loans, synthetic leases and CP backups. Transactions’ sizes have ranged from $50 million to $2 billion.
• Drafted pitch books (market update, debt structures, pricing, credentials) and assisted in preparing information memoranda for distribution to investors.
