• Maintained roadmap, wrote requirements and developed prototypes for DispatchManager, a SaaS application for managing collaboration between ocean carriers, intermodal trucking companies and drivers. Major customers include DHL Global Forwarding and NYK.
• Acted as Project Manager for all product releases. Created project plan and managed all communication with diverse joint venture stakeholders.
• Assisted with pre-sales activity, including CMA-CGM in Marseille.
• Developed prototypes for Business Intelligence dashboards summarizing traffic, pollution and optimization KPIs for the Port of Oakland.
• Definition of Agile processes.

• Developed product requirements and functional specifications for i-Supply, a leading Supply Chain Management visibility SaaS used by 3000+ users at major Tier One automotive suppliers.
• Prioritized enhancement requests and maintained the roadmap.
• Gathering of customer requirements and writing of PRDs and use cases.
• Responsible for development of Lean Logistics and Dynamic Min/Max products from concept to deployment. Currently used by 100+ facilities worldwide.
• Oversaw functional requirements and messaging integration between Supply Chain Management and Global Trade Management products via Order Management.
• Reduced new customer setup cost by 75%. Wrote product requirements and created rapid prototypes for internal Professional Services tools.
• Created Release Dashboard to track progress and scope of projects under development.

• Developed visual identity and built website for MIT Press Leonardo book series.
• Provided web and print designs for Ohlone College Office of Communications. Designed four editions of the 25+ page Opportunity Magazine.

• Oversaw production process for clients including William M. Mercer, IBM, BellSouth and Hearst.
