Maintain effective communication with project team members and with the customer
• Be the coordinator, lead and work with other project technical disciplines, project management and customer representatives to coordinate and lead multiple projects
• Proactively develop customer relationships; anticipate and provide solutions to customer needs giving high priority to customer satisfaction; facilitate the development of others' technical knowledge and skills, providing timely feedback and guidance to help them reach goals
• Develop control system definition, architecture, and topologies, with product technologies provided by several DCS/PLC suppliers and packages suppliers to process control solutions
• Lead a team to plan and execute Technical Acceptance Testing, Functional Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, commissioning, and start-up at customer plant sites
• Meet project customer schedules
