MS&L (Publicis Groupe) is one of the world's leading communications firms. Headquartered in New York, MS&L has 54 offices throughout North America, Latin America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, as well as an extensive global affiliate network.
MS&L Digital specializes in helping clients capitalize on the multi-directional, digital conversation flow taking place online. Our integrated global offering includes distinct capabilities in North America, continental Europe, the U.K. and Asia.
As head of the European Digital expertise, my focus is on 3 complementary objectives:

Supervising and coordinating the 6 local Digital teams (France, the UK, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden) to provide industry-leading digital counsel and support for several local and global clients such as P&G, Unilever, sanofi-aventis, sanofi-pasteur, Philips, General Motors, Roche, Novartis, or International Cookware;
2. Raising awareness among MS&L's European offices about new techniques of Digital communication and ways to identify, monitor and engage into conversations with KOLs and consumers - this internal evangelization process is carried through a series of local workshops, pan-European events, and supported by an intranet platform & internal e-newsletter;
3. Developing internal processes and MS&L's proprietary Online audit and monitoring tools;
The proprietary approach of my expertise to digital communications is consumer-centric, focusing on five core areas:
1. Communicating with multiple audiences with diverging codes and criteria of relevance;
2. Building solid third-party credibility;
3. Delivering research-driven insight to educate, entertain, engage and motivate;
4. utilizing online and off-line storytelling techniques;
