In 1998, I had the responsability of adults as Restaurant trainer and I became officially Restaurant teacher in 2002. I work in an Catering school in the south of France.
During my spare time I train restaurant techniques, oenology (wine knowledge & tasting) and Mixology.
I am open to new challenges.
