After two years contributing to the development of the group Garrigae, I decided to build a more personal project where integrity and ethic approach would be consistent with what I am : This project is now a company, RENTALYS, whose role is to create, support, develop and manage exceptional sites to turn them into luxury hotels ;
Who am I :
Former executive director of an upscale hotel group, I developed over ten years many tourism projects in France and abroad.
Project for the operation, from properties sales to tourism sales, I helped to develop, market and operate health spas, residences, resorts, hotels spa, exceptional sites (one renovated convent, a resort winemaker, an Abbey Relais & Chateaux in Provence ...).
I also participated in the creation of a training school for Spa, hydrotherapy and thalassotherapy industries.
in 2007, Malibu Village, a resort located in Canet en Roussillon, south of france, near Spain, became the headquarters of this CELA Hotels Resorts & Spas, specialized in management of tourism residences, spa centres , resorts, Hotels, business centres...
The positioning of this new group can be summed up by a number 344, which means:
3 for three waters: all residences of tourism, resorts and other vacation complex use one of the three waters to create cares programs for the customers (sea water for Thalassotherapy, spring water for the thermal baths, freshwater for the spa and balneo)
4 destinations: sea, mountain, city and country.
Canet in Roussillon, Alenya, Orelle, Caudies, Chamrousse, Isola 2000,
4 referred clients: seminars & Congress, seniors, sports, leisure.
My role in this new project is to support commercial, marketing and communications missions for the group, deploy and organize all necessary information systems, Property management system, all the web part, the call center, online booking systems...
I also support the approach of shareholders for the strategy side.
2003 - 2007Thalacap is a company specialized in Thalassotherapy Centre management in France and abroad (ARS in Ré, Saintes Maries de la mer, banyuls sur Mer, Yasmine Hammamet Tunisia) .
My position was to drive the business development and the marketing of this group within the general direction.
The creation of new web strategy, the sales team management, big accounts, engineering, animation and creation of care protocols... my mission was also to move this company from a difficult financial position to a better situation with lossless and profits.
from 2004 to 2007, the turnover has risen from 10 to 12 million to € .
1993 - 2002Frank Thomas is the leading UK manufacturer of clothing and accessories for motorcycles. Its headquarters is located at Higham Ferrers in the Northants; in 1992 this company, strong on its market, decides to export in southern Europe.
My main missions were:
~ business strategy for the French market definition ~ recruitment, coaching and training 4 agents on their areas.
~ The media planning, organization, PR.
~ Board development, point of sale installation, sellers, training
~ Creation and development of a network of 130 outlets.
~ The big accounts management.
Results:
In 2000, Frank Thomas France distributes its products to 130 retailers for an annual turnover of approximately 2 M €. Unknown in France in 1993, the brand Frank Thomas became in 2001 one of the leaders on its market .
