Professional experience
2007 - 2009

As part of a strategic corporate program, aiming to standardize business processes and to set-up and roll-out a related ‘Core Model’ (INGOAL), Master Data management enables to consider a consistent & qualitative vision of the Company’s reference data (Customers, Products, Suppliers, Bank data, Orders, General Ledger, etc.).

Within the Global Business Processes group, my job as leader of the 'Master Data Management' (MDM) team consisted in documenting business processes related to Master data management, leading the data gathering and migration to SAP for the different concerned countries, and participating to the ‘Master Data’ strategy of Inergy, in terms of target processes and associated tools.

The MDM team was also involved in corporate PLM and SRM initiatives in order to ensure integration of processes and data.
