    Summary

    Gia-Minh Hoang received his MRes degree in electronics and telecommunications from the University of Rennes 1, France, in 2013. He is currently pursing a Ph.D. degree in electronics and communications from the Telecom ParisTech (Paris Institute of Technology) preparing at the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) in Grenoble and the EURECOM in Sophia Antipolis, both in France. He worked successfully with the French Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation (INRIA) and the French Institute for Research in IT and Random Systems (IRISA) in 2013. His current interests include various aspects of mobile communications and localization for intelligent transport systems (ITS). He is participating in the European Union's Horizon 2020 HIGHTS project focusing on Autonomous driving, Positioning and Tracking.
