Here's my story:

After 16 years of an international career at L'Oréal (Canada, United States, England and France), I created The Myndset Company, where I am a "professional speaker," specialized in management , marketing and the web. I design to motivate the internal forces of the company to create a more lively brand, a more productive atmosphere and a truly effective Web strategy.

In my last position with L'Oréal, I was in charge of International Professional Development Department, based in Paris, and a member of the worldwide Executive Committee of the Professional Products Division.

I was previously head of the Canadian subsidiary (Professional Products Division of L'Oréal - PPD) and, prior to that, MD worldwide of the brand REDKEN 5TH AVE NYC (based in NYC, USA).

I started my career in investment banking (Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, 4 years). Then I became an entrepreneur (The Myriad Group, Travel Agency for Entertainers, 2 years) in Washington DC.

In terms of studies, I attended Eton College in England (1978-1982) and Yale University (BA Literature 1985-1987). I received my MBA subsequently at INSEAD (1993).

My interests revolve around branding, web and workplace psychology.

I like to write as much as read - a lot of blogs. I love languages. I play the acoustic guitar and followed the Grateful Dead. I play lawn tennis (and real tennis) once a week. I'm a fan of the NHL Philadelphia Flyers.
