Mireille Bueno
Chef de Projet, SEDONA CONSEIL
Organisation, dedication, autonomy !
These are the key words that have led me to Project Management.
Originally coming from Tourism, I finally revealed myself in managing projects of applications but also websites dedicated to Tourism Professionnals and Travellers.
My next missions allowed me to win knowledge and experience in the field of Health and particularly Mutual Insurance : website for general public and secured access for members, management for approvals and management of production after deployment.
Sedona proposes various competencies in Project Management, Business Intelligence, engineering and multimedia.
My first mission for Sedona (Latitude Sedona) has been the management of a European project, funded by e-ten : EU-LATITUDE. The goal was to develop and deploy a platform allowing to distribute multimedia contents, valorizing the territories of all European partners of the project, and leaning on a partnership public/private (here Tourist Authorities and branded Publishers): http://www.discover-eu.com/
Since June 2008, my mission for Sedona Conseil led me into the world of Mutual Insurance. La Mutuelle Générale needed to get a brand new website dedicated to a new target for her: the general public.
Since then, my mission continues by deploying a brand new securized website for members, including a few hight added value online services.
2007 - 2008The European Travel Commission was aiming at having paneuropean regions valorised on its website www.visiteurope.com.
This is where I have settled the 2007 Editorial line, scheduled creation/validation/translation and publication of the content.
- Writing of 3 new paneuropean content each month during 1 year
- Translation from English into French for contents provided by other writers.
2001 - 2007Activity: gather the clients’ needs (from Head Office or from the MDLF 33 offices abroad), manage working groups, organise tenders, write tender documents, analyse the technical offers, select and pilot the technical partners, follow-up the project in general (developments, budgets and timelines), report to Management and to the working groups, test and debug, sign the acceptance, and follow-up the deployment of the application throughout the network, train the users, write procedures and user guides, transfer competences to the administrators, and finally follow-up the possible derivative works (new versions).
