I'm a project manager with an interest in international and challeging projects: lots of different technologies interfacing with each other for the development of industrial products, and lots of collaborative opportunities between teams and departments. I worked in the US for 10 years, now back in France for PTC in Toulouse since 2006.

Current position: Project manager for large scale deployments of PLM solutions at Airbus (EADS).
I managed large deployments of Windchill PDMLink 8 and ProjectLink 8 PLM solutions for Airbus' latest aircraft program: A350 XWB. These PLM solutions are used to provide configuration and change management tools for CAD users, Extended Enterprise suppliers, engineers, and designers working on all the systems and parts found in the aircraft. From conception to development phases, including all associate workflows and processes. User base = ~10,000. I also manage the Airbus PLM Configuration Management perimteer for multi-aircrafts programs such as the A320, A380 and A400M.
1999 - 2005Regional Test Manager for a $16M ERP implementation project (Maximo 5) at BP Alaska. The product was implemented through staged deployment phases at several geographically distributed sites, including Texas, Scotland and the North Slope of Alaska. Tasks focused on structured test strategy and processes development, test scripts design and execution (Empirix, LoadSim), test management (User Acceptance Testing, automated testing tools, test requirements traceability, defect tracking etc.) and test metrics reporting. Activities also included Maximo specifications development and revision with customers and technical teams (Work, Asset, Materials Management modules and interfaces to SAP) and process flows elaboration. Responsible for progress presentations to senior management.
Conducted needs and strategy assessments projects for the Municipal and State governments, including Help Desk consolidation, Data warehouse architecture, GIS implementation and Emergency Medical Services IT environment replacement. Tasks included data flow analysis, process mapping, process flow development, team management, project scoping, technology selection, cost budgeting and tracking and deliverables presentation to executives.
Conducted strategic and legal analysis of a $1M mainframe deregulation project. Collaborated with key stakeholders across multiple organizations to define requirements, perform data gap analysis and recommend solutions that resulted in annual recurring savings to BP Alaska of $3M over the next 10 years.
Successfully led multiple web-based business application projects (budgets from $2k - $100k). Managed teams of four-six people. Responsible for analysis of requirements, process development/re-engineering, system design, project and team management, budget tracking, and delivery (full software life cycle). 95% of projects delivered within budget and schedule.
