2006 - 2008* Plan and control the supply chain to meet the KPI’s relating inventory levels, Backorders, order fulfillment (Unit fill rate) and forecast accuracy.
* Provide reliable and efficient service to customers (commercial entities across EMEA) and ensure that internal and external customer needs are met.
* Work closely with marketing and commercial entities to improve forecast accuracy.
* Work with other regions globally and Marketing to utilize inventory and to reduce excess stock in the supply chain.
* Control & define the Net requirements and optimise the flow of goods between the European warehouses (I2-supply chain planing)
* Monitor and manage availability shortages and ensure effective communications to internal & external custiomers related to the inventory availability
* Prioritise and drive allocation of inventory in shortage circumstances in collaboration with sales and Marketing.
2001 - 2006* Supervise and motivate a team of up to twenty inventory clerks
* Organize and monitor the stock counts in the 2 sites
* Handle complex queries and customer complaints
* Drive changes to meet KPIs related to inventory accuracy and Nil-picks
* Leading project in collaboration with IT department and Software Publishers to implement new ERPs and information systems:
- Analysis, feasibility, development, Testing and implementation
- Documentation, super users and end users trainings
* Lead the continuous improvements projects to improve the service to customers and reducing costs.
