Responsible of the production of 114 references with a 5-member team.
Results: 100% delivery in three working weeks.

Context: Launch of a new model on the only assembly line.
Objective: Setting up 50 picking workstations in 3 weeks:
Work on planning tools, planning and studies about the new implantation (workstations, IT...).
Management of the set-up team: member of logistic review committee and driving force.
Team member of the restarting assistance (work in shifts) and refitting of some storage sections.
Close cooperation with local suppliers and handling.

Objective: Management of Customer files (privates and companies):
Phone, canvassing and meeting with private and business customers.
Mission with Fortis Bank London and Brussels, and the American business customers.
