-Legal audit: analysis and updating of contracts of all buisiness unit group.
-Contract management software implementation
-Agreement writting in English and French (distribution agreements, NDA, terms and use, tax & legal reporting).

Former IP/IT Legal counsel (maternity leave replacement: 7 months)
-Management of the portfolio of trademarks, designs, patents and domain names (deposits and renewals INPI / WIPO / OHIM / AFNIC).
ARC INTERNATIONAL is one of the largest depositor in France.
-Advising on IP protection (copyright, trademarks, designs, patents) IT law, publicity right, data privacy law.
-Research of availability of domain names and trademarks.
-Management of IP litigation in collaboration with IP attorneys (FRANCE/ USA/ CHINA / JAPAN / MIDDLE EAST).
