1) Restructuration of headquarter and subsidiaries in the world -
- Creation of HR function.
- Auditing and re-structuring of global company organisation (premises, insurance, security, charts, functions, outsourcing).
- Legal and HR adviser to CEO and Managers.
- Creation of international logistics platform in Switzerland and direct supervision (personnel transfers, recruiting, training ) .
- International HR budgets.
- Retail : opening/closing of boutiques, training and salary structure for sales team.
- Legal (personnel representatives, dismissal in different countries)
- Awareness actions for Security of all staff for their own security and products’ in a sensitive context (high value products/stones transfers).
2) Member of the HR Richemont Group Project Team
- In the context of the Richemont Group HR setting-up : participation to all projects such as mobility, expatriates, job ranking, succession plan, harmonization of compensation & benefits and salaries, and creation of HR management platform for Europe (SAP ).
3) HR, Business Partner in a high competition market and quick growing business.
- Setting-up of HR VCA within Richemont HR matrix management (setting-up of HR platforms in US, Japan, Asia, ME and CIS).
- Implementation of Richemont values (ex. Mobility, (KPI’s), job ranking, salary review process, succession plan).
- Organisation of European/ ME-CIS subsidiary (retail & wholesale).
- Organisation of international supply-chain department (Switzerland/France).
- Setting up of Personnel Representatives « Unité Economique et Sociale » common to the 3 French subsidiaries (headquater – Retail/wholesale – workshop).
