Obtaining my BAC in 1991, I go directly into active life until 1999, working in restaurants in front of customers operating in breweries and pub.
In 1999 I decided to follow a training in Nantes “IRIS” allows me to find a job in the company “Progexis” who give me a mission in Europcar Information Service, billing domain, as IT analyst. After few years I decide with my hierarchy to see the functional part of this work and I have become Business analyst then application officer with billing and finance as specialty.

- Hot intervention in the treatment of incidents.
- In charge of the management and implementation of the list of change requests (Quick Win 50d/m max).
- Management of these projects and resources in PPM (Project and Portfolio Management HP), collect of user’s requirement and writing of functional specifications, test management and user assistance in tests.
- Expertise contribution on major projects concerning the billing application from the functional specifications to delivery into production.
- Specialty "billing": billing and Finance (calculating invoices / commissions / editing invoice / preparation of data for Oracle Finance / EDI file creation, Credit card processing, etc ...)
2006 - 2007Collection of user needs to write the functional specifications for IT analyst to develop the solution. Development of testing plans, scenarios, scripts and creation of the user guidelines. Participation in user acceptance testing.
2002 - 2006Analysis, development and maintenance of billing modules which are part of Greenway application.
These modules cover the daily print invoices, and various interfaces such as:
- Creating and sending to the accounting modules AR, AP and GL Oracle Finance;
- Sending to the treatment payments centre(banks) in credit card;
- The exchange of data with certain customer accounts
Programming languages: Shell-C-ProC*-Forms-SQL-PL/sql(Oracle) in UNIX platform.
