- draft and implement company ethical policies, internal rules, union agreements, computer usage rules
- manage individual labor relationships with company employees in France and abroad
- draft employment agreements and their riders
- perform disciplinary actions and dismissals for fault or economic reasons
- negotiate out-of-court settlements and manage labor lawsuits
Business law
- draft business and commercial contracts
- audit existing contracts to maximize their efficiency and security
- adapt foreign contracts and company policies to conform to French legal requirements
perform due diligence audits
- coach French and foreign executives on French law
- establish relationships with outside lawyers for lawsuits up from initial diagnosis of exposure to drafting of briefs
Company law
- plan and establish with management all necessary legal documents for the creation of French entities
- draft all company ordinary and extraordinary meetings' minutes
