Since the 18th of April 2011, I am a Managing Director of a welfare and care establishment for elderly people. I ensure and conduct it strategic and operational running, with an effective continuous quality improvement policy for services to patients.

Before, I was a home help service Managing Director in two different services from 2001 to May 2011. I was managing 49 / 80 employees helping 300 / 420 elderly and handicapped people at home.

In 2010, I prepared and obtained the certification "CAFDES" (Certificate of Ability for the Function of Director of a health, welfare or care establishment or service), which is one of the specialities of the EHESP (Public Health High Studies School) in Rennes.

I also worked my English and obtained 660 to the Listening and Reading TOEIC test, the 26th of November 2010.
