Nicholas Ranken
Senior Consultant, Atos Origin
Originally from a Brazilian / British background, I grew up in the UK and am now living in France since 2001.
I believe that effective communication is essential for succeeding any major change. If the stakeholders do not understand the change and do not have the necessary information to change, then how can we expect a project to succeed?
I have over seven years experience in change management consultancy, in particular change communications, on major international projects.
I am familiar with information systems, worldwide system deployments, systems integration, ERP software and best-of-breed integrated back-offices.
I have a strong interest in podcasting, a means of communication that is both innovative and humane. References on request.
I speak English, French, German and Brazilian Portuguese and have worked in the UK, Belgium and France.
Project management skills.
