Within the "Water" Division, "Data Acquisition and Development" Unit :

-Geothermy : Mapping the geothermal potential by heat pump on aquifers. Studies realised for Rhône Alpes and Champagne-Ardenne Regions. ( www.geothermie-perspectives.fr ) ;

-Water resource management : creation of new contours for the groundwater bodies in the Loire-Brittany Basin ;

-Working on various hydrogeological projects for the team unit.

Within the "Natural Risks and CO2 security storage" division :

"Cartography of the shrinking-swelling hazard of the drought-sensitive clays” national program " :

- Technical and methodological support to engineers in the departmental mapping of the shrinking-swelling hazard of the drought-sensitive clays ;

- Institutional coordination (France decentralized administrations);

- Administrative projects management ;

- Realization of prevention supports (Natural Risks Prevention Plans, brochures, posters) ;

- Natural risks and disasters management in France : regulations, compensation system, urbanism plans & rules...

- Research and Development studies (permanent scaterrers interferometry radar, follow-up of a monitored site)

For the Government of the Republic of Seychelles :

"Analysis of the landslide risk in the three main islands of the Seychelles"

-Inventory of the landslides : identifing the historic events, description of the phenomena, describing the characteristics of the geological entities prone to landslides and rockfalls, studying the predisposition and release factors ;

-Assessment of the landslide risk : inventory of the sites potentially instables, diagnostics of instabilities on sites, assessment of the hazards and risks, technical recommendations for stabilization and safety measures ;

-Mapping of the events and creation of a GIS database ;

-Awareness actions about the landslide risks to the administrations and to the population ;

-Opinion for the Planning Authority and private constructors.

Within the Geological Service of the Picardie Region:

-Departmental cartographies of the ”shrinking-swelling of the drought-sensitive clays” hazard (3 departments);

-Landslides risks assessments (technical opinion and safety recommendations);

-Industrial impact on the groundwater in the north-west of the Somme department ;

-Creating the hydrogeological reference frame of Picardie Region (definition, characterization and mapping the hydrogeological entities ;

-Contribution in making an inventory of the geological heritage in the Picardie Region.

Geochemical and hydrodynamic study of Brie limestones aquifer :

-Mapping the discharge system of the Brie aquifer ;

-Geochemical characterization of the Brie aquifer : qualitative analysis and studies, geostatistics, sampling water ;

-Characterization of its exchanges with Champigny aquifer.
