Consulting and Services
2008 - 2009

I worked on different projects for Societe Generale. I was involved in the modelling and review of the processes after the rogue trader scandal(loss of 5billions euros).

This review decreased the number of processes from more than 250 to about 160. This diminution was done by grouping some processes together and developing the processes in STP(Straight to Process) vision. Doing so, the processes were to be done by the correct departments with the correct tools.

For this project, I developed two programs on VBA/Excel that decreases the time of review of the managers by 40%.

I also worked on controlling the trader's assistants tasks on daily basis.

Finally, I was involved in risk projects for collecting operational losses and searching for action plans to avoid any further losses.
