o In charge of liaison between the Spanish FAL and the Wing delivery centre in Filton (UK) for a delivery rate of 3 wing sets per month
o Responsible for establishing performance monitoring tools to allow future on-time deliveries and early identification of risks to program
o Effective relationship management and creative problem solving over all aspects of the project

o Driving of the test plans and certification matters on new programs
o Responsible for continuous cost improvement and change implementation on all accounts
o Ensure the ramp-up on new programs or restarts (A318, A320, BR710, A380, F7X) and a smooth transition between development and production phases
o Achieved a 7% cost reduction over all contracts

o Leader of audits for suppliers’ capability assessment and organisations during the sourcing phase
o Lead on logistical recovery plans at the Suppliers facility
o Ensured deliveries were on time and all quality control aspects were met consistently
o Achieved 6 recovery plans with English, French, German and Spanish based suppliers over 18 months
