Aprés quelques expériences commerciales Terrain j'ai rejoint Dell en 2000.
J'y ai occupé différents postes de commercial sédentaire dans le call Center de Montpellier, puis celui d'Amsterdam ou j'ai notamment perfectionné mon Anglais mais aussi mon aptitude à travailler en environnement multi-culturel.
De retour en France, j'ai été Manager d'une équipe commerciale en charge des Etablissements Publics , que j'ai doublé en 2 ans (CA, Marge,effectifs)tout en améliorant la qualité (réponses aux consultations, Online...).
J'ai ensuite relevé de nouveaux Challenges en Opérations avec l'amélioration de process EMEA.On m'a alors confié la Direction pendant 9 mois des equipes d'Order Management à Casablanca (200 personnes chargées de la saisie des commandes online en offline en EMEA).
Aprés un perfectionnement Marketing et Business Intelligence, je suis de retour sur le Secteur Public ou je supporte le business indirect dans les Metiers PUB: la Santé (Pacs, Cloud..), Educ (classes mobiles...),Defense, High Ed & Recherche (HPC ...), local etc...Depuis 2010, PUB France affiche les meilleurs résultats collaboratifs (indirects) en EMEA.
BDM: support and transform Dell collaborative business through integrators, added value resellers...Implementation of verticalized partner network (Connected classrooms for education, PACS for Healthcare...)and tecnical partners in datacenter,virtualization,cloud computing.

Drive teams (headcount :240 ) to deliver against pre-determined metrics that measure team and business performance (velocity, quality, productivity, cost per order)
