- Harmonize communication between ILS disciplines (LSA, Procurement, Technical Publications) due to NH90 multi-configurations and in order to face with lack of clearness between each ILS discipline
- Collect and manage the forecasted maintenance planning for Swedish customer through the creation of a Maintenance Data File (replacing actually their own IETP) in order to permit the customer to maintain their fleet with consistent data
- Coordinate ILS disciplines towards vendors and buyers during vendors’ data task force to ensure the data recovery, the follow-up of the recovery status and the data consistency
- Create and manage, for Oman customer, a Maintenance Data File (containing ILS disciplines information, configuration data information, quality department information with components installed on H/C) in order for customer to populate a maintenance station (GLIMS) to perform maintenance tasks on due time

- Support configuration data management on task force activities to help the in time delivery and control on certification & qualification documents
- Countercheck data management inputs from NHI partners’ companies and propose improvement on data consistency
- Improve data management control by proposing dedicated Access mock-up with several modules following to a tool specification handbook
- Analyse all proposals on data exchange by NHI partners’ companies on practical use and ISO standard regulations

- As a NH90 variant configuration manager, ensure the conformity and the following of the customer contract through the implementation of the modification decided by the Change Management
- Ensure a technical moving plate between all partners and within the different services (Production, Quality Department, Qualification Team, Flight Tests, Ground Tests, Structure, System, Software, Documentation…)
- Participate and organise meetings for projects progress or technical matters
- Follow-up of the configuration evolution and the state of qualification impacting the realisation of Aircraft in FAL (As to be Built/As Built)
- Directive (maintenance and flight technical notifications on H/C) responsible for management and follow-up with the following services: airworthiness, safety coordinator, flight tests, quality, customer support, production, project and maintainability

Optimization of the FAL A320 by analysis of the equipments and means of production
- Analysis of each station on FAL to underline and focus on critical points
- Analysis of equipments to get a financial overview of the cost of parts change
- Improvement propositions on FAL to cope with the increase production rate

Minimize concessions returns on wing/fuselage junction within support service
- Incidents analysis on plane to reduce concessions between production and design office
- Creation and improvement of templates for support services work
- Templates management on SAP within QM module (Quality Management), upload of those files via StandardDoc (specific extension on SAP developed for AIRBUS)

Experience feedback on the logistics organization and management during the Xtrapolis project
- Study on logistics network settled during the previous project and analysis of used means
- Benchmarking in an automotive industrial context (HOLDEN) with similar problematic
- Study on logistics platforms for trams and improvement solutions

Reliability growth management on trains
- Follow up on trains’ incidents and data analysis on troubleshooting done
- Use of an internal reliability and maintainability management software
