Activities in Project Management and Project Quality applied to several technical projects of the company:
- Workload analysis for a 15 person-team working permanently on Airbus site.
Support to project leaders for their dashboards management to be compliant with the CMMi level 2 requirements.
- Response to RFP (Request For Proposal): editing of the technical and resources management proposal.
- Set up of a training to introduce avionic systems (only for the company employees).

Customer: Airbus France (jun. 2007-sept. 2008)

- Functional specification and validation of a multi-aircraft (A320, A330, A340) simulating platform. Validation of electrical system, engines system, flight controls, fuel system, air conditioning system.
-Maintenance follow-up of the Long Range (A330/A340) simulators.


Customer: Labinal, Safran group (oct. 2006-may 2007)

- Set up of an european project on the PowerLine Communication (PLC) technology development on aircraft. Technical coordination of the different partners of the project.Set up of the technical and financial proposal.
- Electromagnetic compatibility of the PLC on aircraft typical wires according to the DO160E requirements.
- Technical specification of a test bench representative to an A320 wiring network.

Activities:
- Technological watching of the PowerLine Communication (PLC) technology
(techniques used, normalization, members).
- Analysis of aircraft electrical and communication systems and emergence of
PLC difficulties in aircraft.
- Avionics bus study and description of their main characteristics.
- Study of PLC feasibility on aircraft system like AVS, BITE, Flight control, IFE.

Human ressources management :
- Work methods analysis for a 20-person teams in order to optimize workload carried out by each officer
- Build up of an Excel tool to breakdown and forecast workload per officer on each project
