• Demand planning:
- Statistical modeling of forecast via SAP/APO. Result: a net increase of forecast accuracy for the majority of business units;
- Proposition of supporting documents in order to help for the analysis of complex materials with erratic behavior.
• Supply planning:
- Set up of a shortage anticipation tool for critical materials damaged because of an incident in the distribution center. This tool is now used for a regular follow up for all brands;
- Development of a new standard production planning tool;
- Supply analyst operational tasks: inventory management, copacking planning .
• Project: I was member of the project team working on integration with Procter&Gamble:
- Participation in physical distribution process redefinition;
- Participation in adaptation of Gillette sales policy to P&G one
