- Project Loanstar at Calyon – Structured Finance Operations (From October 08 to July 09)
o Business requirements redaction for the Paris, London and New York offices on the loans and guarantees operations
o Redaction of an RFI (Request for Informations) Grid for two software vendors (Misys – Loan IQ and FNIS - ACBS).
o Use cases redaction and 3 days workshops management in order to test both software with the Paris, London and New York requirements

- Project Advanced IRB at Natixis (From July 08 to end of September 08)
o Organisation and monitoring of the LGD and rating process
o Organisation of steering committee
o Management of the new Risk Department system “user test”

- Managing secondary market process (providing of confidentiality agreement, providing relevant documentations).
- Updating the daily trading book, updating the daily secondary exposure and updating the PNL figures.
- Managing the daily booking of the Itraxx, Credit Derivatives (LCDS, CDS) products and arranging all the fee calculation on bloomberg.
- Participation to the Trading system upgrade (Loantrak) and work on the trading system migration (Trader Desktop – LoanIQ).
- Organisation of portfolio sell-down process.
- Liaising with the middle office for the closing process improvement. (Global Reconciliation Process).
- Running the month end marking process.
- Management of monthly investors performance report.
- Launching primary deals (Corporates, Leveraged Finance, Project Finance, Real Estate) onto the markets.
- Management of Intralinks (Site Building, Documentations Posting, Management of access to investors).
- Collection of confidentiality agreement, commitment, power of attorney, agreement on documentations.
- Answering to investors questions on primary deals.
