I am at the moment in charge of surfacing teams on a road construction site in West Niger. Since the beginning of the works in February 2009, I have also been monitoring the cost control survey of the site. Following the evolution of the construction, I have also been in charge of earthwork teams and base course teams.
During the annual leave of the site manager, I have been the acting site manager, building the projects, clients relations, technical solutions and 250 men to manage.
