Eight years of professional experience covering many financial subjects through various consulting assignments: financial restructuring, working capital optimization, buy side and sell side financial due diligence, sarbanes oxley, forensic investiguation.

I acquired extensive background and hands-on experience in underperforming and distressed companies.
This experience includes assisting several companies in mandat ad hoc, conciliation or out of any procedure, i) to analyze the short term cash forecast, ii) to perform a monthly pluri-annual P&L and Cash forecast, iii) to participate in discussions with its current or potential new financial partners.
Olivier also assisted industrial or financial investors in their acquisition of an interest in distressed companies.

- Assisting a leading automotive company set up a R&D Performance KPI to compare over time, against competitors and internally between R&D departments
- Assisting a truck making company in cooping with its distressed suppliers. How to identify them sooner? How high is bankruptcy risk? How to cope with their demand for financial support?
- Assisting a listed company in conciliation in the context of the restructuring of its debt and its selling out. P&L and Cash forecast (Short term and Long term), Assistance to negociation with its bank and potential investors.
- Assisting a B2B company to launch a group wide working capital reduction initiative.
