I am Olivier, 25 year old, live in China since 2 years.
I am passionate of marketing, and business strategy.
I started a bachelor of Business and Marketing and completed this by a master in Management.
After many internships and missions for different kind and size of companies, I take the opportunity to study abroad, and start this adventure. I started study, 6 months, Chinese and Chinese Business in Dalian, and decide to continue this experience and find a job here.
I find a job in a Chinese company, CMT which is developing himself very fast. I discover the Chinese way of working and thinking.
After I changed my work and realize marketing survey for KSB group one of the leader of the pump and valves in Europe.
I discover all the key success for the commercialization in China and the mistakes to avoid.
During this trip I discover that the marketing is a new concept in China, and is not very developed. I also conclude that I can make a career in this fascinated and complicated country.
China is developing itself very fast, very well and will offer a huge market. How could we explain this success? Competitively, labor low cost, Chinese Business spirit, Companies’ flexibility, good synergies...
Moreover, China has some weaknesses, and still has a good image of European products. It lets a lot of opportunities for the foreign companies to do business and take market shares.
I am now interested to work for companies who want to analyze this market, make a strategy, adapt their MIX product and attack this growing market.
