2008 - 2010• Reporting to the Executive Manager, managing marketing operations and playing a key role in business development
• Generating ideas and initiatives that capitalize on existing and prospective partner strengths
• Supporting business growth through detailed and comprehensive feasibility studies as part of the bid and tender process
• Utilising astute negotiation to secure competitive rates and technical specifications from suppliers in relation to tea, tuna and other food products and raw materials
2007 - 2008• Responsible for promoting a range of products and services including Telecom Materials, SIM Cards, Scratch Cards, Smart Cards, Financial Cards and Promotional Products
• Instrumental in developing new business from new and existing clients through proactive relationship building and networking
• Working closely with internal staff and manufacturer engineers on technical specifications, utilising excellent business communication skills through all written and verbal correspondence
2005 - 2007• Reporting to the General Managing, responsible for administering and developing the E-Banking operations encompassing credit and debit cards, electronic channels and the ATM network
• Managing escalated problems and issues arising from service providers, ensuring high standards and business targets are consistently maintained and achieved
• Driving productivity and coordinating workloads across the team, with full authority for approving all internal transactions
• Working collaboratively with IT, accounting and auditing teams to ensure business and operational strategies and objectives are delivered in line with plans
• Playing a key role in the successful ATM migration project, with responsibility for all documentation, testing and reporting
