2000 - 2006• Led the global Team for Microsoft Windows servers and clients across StorageTek international, providing strategy and architecture design for the StorageTek active directory infrastructure 2000-2006. This encompassed all servers and clients outside the USA.
• Participated as an active member of a global team that designed and implemented a Microsoft Windows Exchange infrastructure across the StorageTek Corporation 1999-2005. The exchange infrastructure supported approximately 9000 mailboxes.
• Ensured appropriate resources are assigned to the designated projects and thus achieved the shared goal of delivering successful projects on time and one budget.
• Built strong relationships with other architects and project stakeholders and was at ease with conflict and thrived in situations that require negotiation and compromise.

• Led a cross-functional global team to migrate MS Windows from version 4 to Windows 2003 in 2003. Migrated 45 NT 4 servers across StorageTek International to Windows 2003 without incurring travel costs and minimal downtime to the end users.
• Architected and deployed Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) server within StorageTek international providing 1800 staff with access to internet (18 Internet gateways).
• Designed, implemented and supported System Management Server (SMS) to provide security and hotfixes update to all international Microsoft clients in StorageTek.
• Architected, deployed and supported a SAN solution to consolidate all international Windows servers with StorageTek libraries.
