Since my first computer an Atari STF in 1987 (i was seven) i'm interested by computers and new technologies. In 1996 i discovered the Internet and it changed my life.

I started my professional activity in 1998. I worked for Club-Internet in Customer service (1998), and as technical sales representative / Webmaster for BD Multimedia (1999), ClaraNET (2000), BuyCentral (2000), and Oreka (2000-2002) as Traffic Manager.

In 2002 i created the website/board "Et Dieu Créa Léa". At the end this website had 1500-2000 unique visitors by month before closing for lack of time to manage it.

In 2003 i worked on a new project "Au pied d'Yggdrasil". "Au pied d'Yggdrasil" was a company created in 2004. My offer was an innovative customer support via bulletin board system. I was able to work with Neuf Telecom / SFR (Neuf Talk, Neuf Mobile, Twin), Wengo (Wengophone), and Violet (Nabaztag). This adventure ended by choice in October 2008. We can say that it was community management.

I'm a self-educated man but i got my BTS Management of Business Units in 2006.

Today I am father of 2 girls, and I'm still interested by the user experience on the Internet (customer support, ergonomics sites, editorial design, interactivity, mobility, new uses ...). New technologies must be accessible to the end user.

I put my experience and energy to blogSpirit and its customers first as Project Manager (Key accounts) and now as Product Manager.
