2006 - 2007Responsible for P&L, markets and operational developments of the Superabrasives Business Unit in France (125 employees, 2 manufacturing sites, 15M€ revenues). Development of the industrial strategy in Europe (850 employees, 7 manufacturing sites in 3 countries, 100M€ revenues).
2000 - 2005Responsible for P&L, product developments and manufacturing improvements of a Business Unit (250 employees, 3 manufacturing sites from 3 entities, 35M$ revenues).
1997 - 2000Responsible for P&L, commercial and manufacturing improvements of the Norton Diamond Tool Business Unit (125 employees, 2 manufacturing sites, 15M$ revenues). Developed the manufacturing strategy of Industrial Superabrasives in North America (850 employees, 9 manufacturing sites from 3 legal entities, 125M$ revenues)
1993 - 1996Responsible for the production of the La Courneuve Abrasives plant (3 production lines, 450 employees).
1990 - 1993Senior Process Engineer in the Athens plant, then Hot End (melting / Fiberizing) department manager. Extended furnace life through process control and glass chemistry change. Optimized fiberizing process to reduce tooling costs and to improve thermal performance of the glass wool products
