In charge of the overall IT Strategy of the Group, heading functionally the regional IT Directors.
Ensure convergence of IT systems on SAP in Europe, operate global IT applications, provide internal IT consultancy. Furthermore, in charge of Information Security and Master Data Administration .
Highly decentralized Group, strong external growth (participation to various « Due Diligence » processes and two LBOs in 4 years).
Report to the CEO Europe, Board Member.

Build « from scratch » the IT Department (9 persons) of the French subsidiary (18 plants, 405 M€ turnover, 800 employees)
Implement a new homogeneous Information System ADONIX.
Report to the Managing Director of Brenntag France.

Manage an IT team composed of 35 people within the French leader of express packet transportation.
Implement IT Applications for various activities (packet tracking, spare parts exchanges, air cargo…)
Set-up Financial modules of SAP.
Start a Business Intelligence Project based on SAS..
Launch the core Information System revamping via a new in-house development..

Lead a 4 people team within the water metering and heat metering activities spread over 3 manufacturing plants in France..
Implement an industrial IT System based on the application DATA3. (Kanban, Just In Time, MRP II)

Analyze, program and set up IT applications (France Telecom, Groupama (Insurance Company)…) for an IT Consulting firm of 50 people.
