SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC : built and outsourced a global SAP core system (ERP, SCM and CRM) across 65 countries, based on 3 hosting centers located in England, United States and Singapore.
RENAULT : transformed a 1200 applications portfolio into a service oriented enterprise architecture (SOA) in the context of the Alliance with NISSAN.
GEFCO : designed and implemented new supply chain outsourcing services for FAURECIA (overhead costs cut: ? 8 Million).
BASF: built and rolled-out an SAP ERP core system across 7 subsidiaries in Europe in order to streamline manufacturing, finance and sales processes.
