• Supporting the guidelines of the Group and strategic decisions,
• Managing external advisors in respect of the balance cost / effectiveness, budgeting legal matters,
• Advising industrial units, Purchasing and Logistics departments on contractual issues, transactions and problems encountered, in particular in environmental matters,
• Drafting and reviewing contracts including complex partnership and financial agreements (industrial projects or HR, trust)
• Advising the HR department, managing labor court actions, help during restructuring,
• Managing corporate law (around 20 companies and 4 JV’s),
• Preparing real estate-related documents and contracts,
• Conducting training seminars for business clients.
