I first experienced technical writing at Dassault Systemes in Suresnes where I worked on Catia V5 documentation. Then, I have been recruited to work for Renault to produce user guides in the automotive field, notably the Kangoo for which I led the project.


From 2007 to 2011, I worked at HORIBA Medical as a technical writer and information architect, responsible for a CMS (Content Management System) installation, configuration and support.
We were producing structured (XML) and topic-based documentation, using DITA standard/ This implies the following:

- topic-based authoring (topics and maps)
- single-sourcing (XML)
- information architecture
- XSL stylesheets
- minimalism


Since 2011, I am a Content Manager at GSX Groupware Solutions, leading provider of monitoring, reporting and management solutions for Lotus Domino, Microsoft Exchange, BlackBerry, Microsoft Sharepoint, Sametime, Quickr, Traveler, etc.
I manage GSX products' content in an Agile environment, deeply implicated in software development teams' projects.


Since 2009, I am also a junior lecturer at the University of Limoges where I teach students the basics of DITA and modular documentation.
