Paul Hunter

Paul Hunter is a senior consultant with thirty years experience working across Europe, Asia and the Americas, within many industry sectors and specializing in high tech organisations. He started his career as a graduate in telecoms engineering and product marketing and development roles. His career progressed into executive management positions – performing in senior roles for both venture capital funded companies, such as Mobile Systems International where he was Vice President, or for one a large Japan’s listed companies, Anritsu, where he was CEO for Europe.
Paul’s passion for effective organisational evolution, design and development led him to move into the human resources consultancy profession – helping companies become measurably more productive, customer focused, and cost efficient. He specialises in competency and organisational development and restructuring, resourcing, HR project and change management and international leadership development activities.
Paul possesses a Mathematics and Physics Degree from the University of Warwick, UK, and an Engineering Masters Degree from Carleton University, Canada.
