After more than 20 years of experience of management of teams and projects in the areas of Supply Chain Management and Lean Six Sigma, I decided to set up my own consultancy in order to develop understanding and use of Lean Management applied to supply chains and services.
Having experienced the power of the contribution of Lean to the improvement of performances in the companies I've worked for, I continue to push for the development of its potential in those of my adopted country. After a year spent in an international consultancy firm whilst I structured my project, I have now created 'Lean Business France'.
Lean Business France provides consultancy, training and hands-on support to French and international companies' leaders, management and their workforces driving improvements through the implementation of Lean Management principles and techniques. We specialise in the extended Supply Chain, integrating customers and suppliers to collectively improve performance and customer service, and pay particular attention to the human aspects of Lean transformations, our methodology and toolsets supporting managers and their teams in integrating new ways of working.

- the previous twelve in the Mayenne factories, successively managing Information Systems (3 years), Quality (3 years) and Logistics (6 years).
During this period, I participated in a large number of rationalisations, organisational changes, and a merger, and always came out of them with a committed and tight-knit team and a smile.
Before Glaxo, I worked in the automotive industry in Tours (5 years) and in marketing toys in Orleans (3 years) as IT Manager. In fact, I only worked 18 months in the UK after leaving university, in the Mars Group in information systems.
