· Set up of the credit analyst group main processes, templates and organizational matters for the development of a team of 6. Implementation includes training of new analysts, permanent coordination of the workflow, discussions with other branches and risk department for improvements.
· Analysis of corporate clients in Eastern Europe and Africa area, mainly in the soft commodities markets (cotton, oil, sugar, bananas, dairy…).
· Debt restructuring with other financial partners, stakeholders and lawyers, of groups under the French equivalent of chapter 11 (“administration judiciaire”).
· Forecasts and valuation with the M&A group (FCF and comparables).
· Advisory to SG’s subsidiaries for technical issues in credit files, rating and arbitrage.
· Follow-up of the portfolio commitments, ratings.

· Analysis of non-US clients’ subsidiaries and of US clients in US-GAAP and IFRS.
· In charge of managing the portfolio of swinglines and cash pool facilities of European and Asian clients booked in the US.
· Coordination with business lines, middle office, credit analysts, and lawyers worldwide for credit files approval, booking facilities, ISDA/CSA/Loan Agreements negotiation and execution.
· Meetings with clients for activity follow-up, compliance and assistance to the coverage for financing offers proposal.

· Corporate analysis and ratings of EMEA clients and prospects, in the Energy and Metal markets.
· Financial forecasts over long-term refineries upgrade projects.
· Performed risk assessment of clients’ financing requests with products such as Commodities Hedging, IRS, CDS, ELS, loans, LCs, etc…

• Technical and functional audit of an internal financial analysis database.
• Proposals on the development on a new system, based on the “Activity Based Counting” model, now fully implemented.
• Participation in the analysis of the group activity for quarterly internal reports.
