4 contactsThe Military Air Systems (MAS) Business unit belongs to the division Defence and Security Systems. MAS France is specialized in UAVs and light mission aircrafts (LMA) activities, for defence and security forces.
From 2003 to 2006, I was heading a structure in charge of the theater UAVs programs, core of EADS business in that domain, within the same division.This structure was brought and merged with tactical UAVs and LMA activities beginning of 2006 to create MAS France.

I was appointed as director, essentially for M&A operations in the sector of aerospace and defence business.
1997 - 2002During this key period for the restructuration of aerospace and defence industry (in France, Aerospatiale privatization and Aerospatiale Matra, EADS, MBDA or ASTRIUM, etc. creation), I was heading a small structure in charge of industrial affairs for the aerospace sector, in close cooperation with the Treasury Directorate direction du Trésor).
In the frame of these responsibilities, I represented the French MoD in the board of shareholders of Aerospatiale Matra, SOGEPA and SOGEADE Gérances (French holdings controlling EADS), SNECMA and SNPE.
1994 - 1997Diplomatic function in the French Embassy in Spain (cooperation development and export support)
1990 - 1994Head of the Group in charge of big military turbojets programs.
1983 - 1990Start of professional career with a strong technical footprint: test engineer, head of test group, then head of test department (250p headcount and heavy industrial facilities -ground and simulated flight test cells, with associated air conditionning generation)
