My strength and great passion: the English language!
It has led me to exercice various skills and to practice several activities in which I use my English knowledge.
I assist the Executive Director of an American Foundation with publications of biographical art books. I do manuscript preparation, follow-up at the various stages, do editorial work, translation, and iconography research. On occasions, I also translate French documentation into American-English for the manuscripts needs.
I'm also a bilingual manager in charge of communication at a traditional French company that offers apartment renovation services. As we mainly work with international clients (Americans, British, Australians, Asian, etc.) my perfect knowledge of the English language is a real asset! I'm involved at every stage of the renovation projects = meeting with client to establish estimates, translation of the estimates into English, phone meetings.
I also offer my bilingual services to the English-speaking community in Paris. I'm an Apartment Manager in short-term rentals = greeting, keys, apartment tour to clients. I also arrange to have the rentals cleaned, and maintained if necessary.
I recently joined, as one of the founders members, rézo zambo. RÉZO-ZAMBO is a pool of graphic designers: at the start, a group of friends decided to put together their various skills, each with his/her own competence and variable availibilities. The rule: professional in an field, here everyone is free to express himself/herself ...in the network mutual help spirit. A brotherly and friendly way to work together that has proved dynamical and performing for our partners.
The various skills of this pool (at first on Linked-in) allow to answer quickly all the requests in graphism, edition, writing, re-writing, Print and Web, translation, in a good mood, and in the friendly network spirit !
