A.T.E. Coonseil is the partner the GREENEO project in ALsace.

The objective is to advise and to accompany the owners of houses in Alsace for the improvement of their environment.

I propose you advice and accompaniment for:
- Reduce the needs of heating (Insulation, change of windows, improvement of the systems of ventilation, regulation, etc.)
- Resort to the renewable energies (hot air pump, geothermal, etc.) - Reduce the electric invoice (lighting, equipments, subscription tempo, solar water heater, etc.)
- Reduce water requirements (recovery of rainy waters, etc.)

The activities of the company divide up 6 big sectors:
- Urban planning (lighting, development of buildings by illuminations, public road network, green spaces),
- Energy (natural gas in low, medium and high pressure, oil(petroleum), electric air networks, networks electric underground passages, district heating, co-generation, gaseous fluids: propane, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen),
- Urban purifications and cleanup of waters (gravitaries waste water, waste water under pressure, waters manufacturers, rainwaters, specific networks),
- Production and distribution of waters (networks of drinking water, harnessing of water adduction, storage, pumping)
- Communication (phone networks, video, optical fibres, TV exploitation, analogical cables)
- Specialized developments (residential, commercial Lot, manufacturer, Environment and sustainable development, extraction, recycling, treatment)

My functions bring me to organize, to stimulate and to improve the systems of Quality management (ISO 9001 certified since 1996), Safety and Environment for 11 subsidiaries (Alpha Aménagement, Baldersheim, Ganter Lavigne, Gartiser, Lorraine TP, Sablière de Steinbourg, Sireg, Smtpf, Sogeca, Traloc, Transport du Rhin)
I'm also coordinator of group purchases. Those represent almost 30M€ per year.

Colin PALC is specialized in the second transformation of aromatic plants, fruits and dried vegetables.
This company is the interface between the producer / dryer and the IAA manufacturer.

Accompany customers (PME/PMI) in order to better manage the risks Quality, Environment, Safety (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001),
Make specific studies to identify and to control the industrial risks (ATEX, Safety Document, initial Audits...).

Coordinate ISO 14001 Certification for the production's Plants within the Cigarettes BU (5 in France, 5 in Spain, 4 in Morocco and 1 in Poland):
- Definition of the methodology and the tools,
- Installation on the sites (training, coaching, animation of the working groups...)

0ptimize the operation of the engines of the sustainable improvement:
- Improve the feedbacks customers (x 10 within 2 years),
- Develop the treatment of Non Conformities and that of the Corrective/Preventive actions,
- Integrate the reviews of Quality Direction in running management,
- Set up the 5M method for the analysis of the processes,
- Set up integrated audits with Quality, Safety, Environment, Cleanliness, Productivity

Pilot of the ISO 9002 in this medium brewery (100 persons) and privileged interlocutor of the customers from the distribution (Carrefour, Promodes...) for the quality relation:
- Improvement of the tools for quality management in production (self controls, treatment of Non conformities, Corrective and preventive actions),
- Training of operationals with the principles quality of the standart,
- Measurement of the quality of the supplies(Suppliers' Handbooks, annual evaluations and audits suppliers),
- Animation of the quality system and followed audits of certification,
- Treatment of the feedbacks customers (particular and distribution).

Within the framework of the doubling of capacity of the site, development of the ISO 9002 & certification of the site:
- Training of operationals with the principles quality of the standart,
- Analysis of the processes/organizations and development of the system of quality management (suppliers Handbooks, registers, procedures...)
- Animation of the groups of pilots.
