Feasibility Phase for a luxury car, on site in China
* Product Definition :
- Identification of unknowns data & inequations in order to point out better targets for the Product, and to take, with the customer, the best technical & process assumptions,
* Styling :
- Analyse of each new surfacing proposals in order to facilitate Technical and Regulations convergences, directly with Stylist from Italian partner company,
* Packaging Complete Vehicle :
- Vehicle Layout : Highlight of errors following the changes of platform and styling, integration of local market constraints, consideration 1st ergonomic criteria,
- Masters Sections : 1st definitions incorporating solutions of primary stage assumptions, & identifications on possible and/or necessary modifications to be done in next step with customer’s strategy choices,
- Powertrain & Underfloor Packaging : Identification of a specific mission for this activity not provided by customer with major consequences for the project,
* Technical Definition :
- Management of Groups Leaders in BIW, Doors & Closures, Interior & Exterior TRIM, and consulting in Powertrain & Chassis (Ground Link),
- Proposals of technical strategical choices in respect with project constraints (using locals steels, carry-over, volume of production, …),
- Crash-Tests : set up of a work plan within a global vehicle development strategy connected with Regulation and customer’s goals,

Development for low-cost vehicle, in multi-site (India, Austria, Italy, France)
* Product Definition :
- Formalization of costumer’s request, definition of each equipment level and targets adapted to the local market, identification of 1st competitors vehicles,
* Styling :
- Pre-definition of specifications books for Exterior & Interior Styling for Stylists in accordance with customer’s requests and technical constraints,
* Packaging – Vehicle Layout :
- Start of this activity, follow-up the vehicle Layout & update Masters Sections, definition for a Driving Physical Mock-Up in packaging & ergonomics,
* Surfacing :
- Follow-up & assure convergences between styling directions, technical choices & possible process in India,
* Technical Definition :
- Responsible of main technological choices on each functions adapted for this Project, including carry-over constraints due to use an existing platform & ground link,
- Crash-Test : execution a 1st preventive test & a 2sd corrective test (with a optimized prototype) make success for to confirm that the initial platform with reinforcements will conform to the regulation,
* Bill Of Materials (BOM):
- Creation of a provisional BOM for to optimize the workload & follow-up the integration of a PLM system,
* Search Partners :
- For Powertrain (was a customer’s request) : introduce a French partner to our customer,1st Powertrains integrations demonstrating technical & industrial feasibilities with lower costs,
- For subcontractors (Indians or foreigners): prototyping, testing, engineering …
* Homologation – Regulation :
- Comparatives analysis between specifics Indians Regulations and CEE Norms, & to anticipate applications of futures Regulations ongoing of definition in India,
* Validation Plan :
- Optimization of validations adapted to this Project & to the specificities for this country.
