Sous la responsabilité direct du chef de projet, ma mission consistait a mettre en place le schéma d'import de tube en Acier depuis l'Europe vers notre usine de Changzhou (Chine), en étudiant l'ensemble des possibilités (mer+trucking; mer+barges+trucking), les dédouanements, le dépotage de tubes de 14 metres pour 2 tonnes)
Étude de faisabilité pour l'achat de camions servant au post-acheminement.
